Office of Adult Education |
Learning Site for Program Administrators
Being a Program Administrator is
a challenging proposition. It requires both educational skills,
organizational skills and leadership skills. There is an almost constant
need for new and updated information, whether for writing proposals or
responding to new initiatives. Moreover, the position includes many
varied and often unexpected demands. With these types of demands on time,
it can be difficult to engage in one's own learning to stay current with
the latest research and practices related to leadership, management, and
the educational field. |
